Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and responsible
Floor Manager
to oversee day-to-day floor operations at our facility. The role involves managing staff, ensuring production discipline, maintaining hygiene standards, and coordinating closely with operations and dispatch teams.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily floor activities including production, packing, and dispatch readiness.
Manage and guide floor staff to ensure productivity and discipline.
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards are strictly followed.
Monitor attendance, shift timings, and task allocation of floor workers.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth order flow and timely dispatch.
Report issues related to manpower, quality, or equipment to management.
Ensure proper handling, packing, and storage of products.
Assist in training new floor staff on processes and quality standards.
Maintain basic daily reports related to output, wastage, and staff performance.
Requirements
Minimum 1-3 years of experience
in a similar role (food production/packing preferred).
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Ability to manage workers and handle floor-level challenges.
Good communication skills (Malayalam required; English/Hindi is an advantage).
Physically fit and willing to be on the production floor throughout the day.
Responsible, disciplined, and solution-oriented.
