Manage and supervise all activities on the sales floor to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Interact directly with customers to understand their needs, provide assistance, and resolve concerns professionally.
Ensure customer satisfaction by following up with customers and confirming a positive experience before they leave the floor.
Lead, guide, and motivate floor staff to deliver high-quality service and meet performance standards.
Monitor staff attendance, shift schedules, ongoing and incoming staff, and ensure adequate floor coverage at all times.
Drive sales growth by improving conversion rates, upselling, cross-selling, and ensuring effective customer engagement.
Ensure product availability on the floor by coordinating stock replenishment and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
Monitor stock movement, identify fast- and slow-moving items, and report stock requirements to management.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the floor presentation meets company guidelines.
Handle customer complaints, returns, and escalations efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
Train new staff and provide ongoing coaching to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
Analyze daily sales performance and provide reports and feedback to management.
Coordinate with other departments such as inventory, accounts, and management for smooth operations.
Maintain discipline, professionalism, and teamwork among floor staff.
