Supervise daily operations on the sales floor to ensure smooth functioning
Assign tasks and monitor staff performance to maintain service standards
Ensure shelves are stocked, displays are appealing, and inventory is accurate
Resolve customer complaints and queries promptly and professionally
Conduct regular team briefings and performance evaluations
Coordinate with other departments (inventory, billing, security) for seamless operations
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Track sales performance and suggest improvements to boost revenue
Train new staff and provide ongoing coaching to existing team members
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail or store operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
Familiarity with POS systems, inventory software, and basic reporting tools
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
