Manage floor operations, staff allocation, and customer flow.
Ensure strong customer service and handle on-floor customer queries.
Maintain visual merchandising, product display, and store hygiene.
Monitor stock availability on the floor and coordinate replenishment.
Supervise, guide, and motivate a team of up to 10 staff members.
Train staff on selling skills, product knowledge, and customer handling.
Support in achieving daily/weekly sales targets.
Maintain floor discipline, billing support, and smooth store functioning.
Coordinate with store manager for reporting and operational updates.
