Job Title: Floor Manager- Jewellery industry

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales and Customer Service:

- Drive sales growth and achieve sales targets

- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

- Team Management:

- Lead, train, and develop a team of sales associates

- Coach and mentor team members to improve sales performance and customer service

- Store Operations:

- Manage store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and store maintenance

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Inventory Management:

- Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and inventory counts

- Minimize loss and shrinkage

Requirements:

- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the jewellery industry

- Skills:

- Strong knowledge of jewellery products and industry trends

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
