Job Brief
:The Floor Manager for our jewellery showroom will be responsible for maintaining store operations, leading the sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure the showroom is always presentable and secure.
Responsibilities
:
Oversee daily operations of the showroom
Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
Ensure high standards of customer service
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment
Maintain the showroom's visual presentation and cleanliness
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
Implement security measures to prevent theft
Train new staff and conduct regular performance reviews
Develop and execute sales strategies to improve sales performance
Coordinate with customers and manage relationships
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years experience in retail management, preferably in the jewellery industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service-oriented with problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays
