Job Summary
The Floor Manager - Sales Unit is responsible for managing daily sales floor operations in the textile showroom/store. This role ensures excellent customer service, achievement of sales targets, effective staff supervision, and proper merchandising of textile products. The Floor Manager acts as a link between the sales team and management to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise daily operations of the sales floor in the textile unit
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Guide customers on textile products including fabrics, designs, pricing, and quality
Supervise, train, and motivate sales staff to improve performance
Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising, and stock arrangement
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory/store team for replenishment
Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and professional standards on the sales floor
Prepare daily sales reports and share updates with management
Ensure adherence to company policies and sales procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Diploma (preferred)
Minimum 2-5 years experience in textile sales or retail management
Strong knowledge of textile products, fabrics, and trends
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership and team-handling ability
Basic computer knowledge (billing software, MS Excel)
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets

Full-time role
Standing and floor supervision required

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
