Achieve monthly sales targets and improve walk-in conversion.
Support on-floor selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
Ensure grooming, SOP, and discipline compliance.
Handle VIP clients and high-value customers.
Manage billing accuracy, stock tally, and payment supervision.
Plan and execute promotions, events, and exhibitions.
Train staff and improve performance of low achievers.
Resolve customer and staff issues on priority.
Maintain luxury store ambience and service quality.
Track reports, competitor activity, and team performance.
