Job Description

Floor Manager - Key Responsibilities



Customer Handling

- Greet customers, resolve issues, and ensure excellent service.

Team Supervision

- Manage floor staff, assign duties, and maintain discipline.

Sales Monitoring

- Track sales performance and support team to achieve targets.

Stock Management

- Ensure product availability and display arrangement.

Reporting

- Share daily updates and feedback with management.

Grooming & Conduct

- Ensure staff follow dress code and grooming rules.

Cleanliness & Safety

- Maintain floor hygiene and follow safety protocols.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
