Floor Manager or PRO for Multi Speciality Hospital

Location - Nilakotai
Qualification - Any relevant degree
Exp - 4+
Salary - 20000 to 25000
Shift Timings - 10 AM to 7PM, 11AM to 8PM
Week Off - Rotational

Staff Management:

Supervise and evaluate nursing staff and other floor personnel, managing schedules, assigning tasks, and providing performance feedback and development.

Patient Care:

Oversee daily operations on the floor, ensure patient care standards are met, coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers, and address patient concerns.

Operational Efficiency:

Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the floor, manage hospital resources, coordinate with other departments, and implement policies and protocols.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, hospital policies, and safety protocols, and maintain accurate records of practices and care.

Liaison and Communication:

Act as a key liaison between patients, their families, staff, and other departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Problem Solving:

Address and resolve issues related to patient care, staff performance, and operational challenges in a timely and professional manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: A bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or a related field is often required.

Experience: Proven experience in a hospital supervisory or management role is necessary.

Leadership

: The ability to lead, motivate, and guide a team effectively.

Communication

: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with patients, families, and staff.

Organizational Skills

: Strong ability to organize and manage multiple tasks, resources, and activities efficiently.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions in a high-pressure environment.

Adaptability

: Flexibility to adapt to unexpected challenges and changing patient needs.
