to manage daily floor-level operations at our Physiotherapy Centre. This role focuses on ensuring smooth patient flow, supporting therapists and front-desk staff, maintaining service quality, and contributing to an excellent patient experience while supporting centre sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Floor Operations & Coordination
Oversee day-to-day floor activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Coordinate patient appointments, therapist schedules, and treatment room allocation.
Ensure timely patient check-ins, minimal waiting time, and smooth patient movement.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and readiness of therapy areas as per standards.
2. Team Support & Supervision
Coordinate with physiotherapists, reception, and support staff for daily operations.
Ensure staff adherence to schedules, protocols, and service standards.
Assist in onboarding and basic training of new staff as required.
Act as the point of contact between floor staff and centre management.
3. Patient Experience & Service Quality
Ensure a warm, professional, and patient-friendly environment.
Address patient queries, feedback, and minor complaints promptly.
Support therapists in delivering a seamless treatment experience.
Ensure proper communication of treatment plans, follow-ups, and appointments to patients.
4. Sales Support & BTL Activities
Support centre sales initiatives by guiding patients on available services and packages.
Assist in executing BTL marketing activities such as health camps, workshops, and local outreach programs.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team during promotional activities.
Encourage patient referrals and repeat visits through service excellence.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily operational records including patient flow, appointments, and floor issues.
Report operational challenges, patient feedback, and improvement suggestions to management.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with internal processes.
6. Quality & Compliance
Ensure adherence to centre policies, healthcare guidelines, and safety standards.
Support quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare background preferred).
1-4 years of experience in healthcare, clinic, hospital, or service-based operations.
Basic understanding of physiotherapy or clinical workflows is an advantage.
Experience in patient handling, coordination, or floor management preferred.
