We are seeking a smart, confident, and dynamic Female Floor Manager to lead front desk operations, customer engagement, and in-house events at our site office or corporate space.
Role Objective:
To ensure a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience for all clients, channel partners, and visitors by effectively managing the front desk team. The Floor Manager will also be responsible for training staff, coordinating events, and maintaining high standards of service and presentation across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead, guide, and train front desk executives to maintain high levels of hospitality and responsiveness.
2. Ensure the front desk area is organized, well-maintained, and presentable at all times.
3. Welcome and assist walk-in clients, channel partners, and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
4. Handle client queries, coordinate appointments, and manage meeting flow efficiently.
5. Support the sales and CRM team in managing client visits and site tours.
6. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of day-to-day front office functions.
7. Plan and coordinate events, customer meets, site celebrations, and weekend activities as per brand standards.
8. Ensure client lounges, marketing areas, and sample flats are guest-ready and aligned with GB Realty's brand image.
9. Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and daily footfall reports.
10. Monitor and improve the client hospitality experience by providing feedback and implementing service enhancements.
Key Requirements:

? Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Administration, or any relevant field.
? 6-8 years of experience in front office management, customer service, or hospitality (real estate experience preferred).
? Strong leadership and team training abilities.
? Excellent communication, grooming, and interpersonal skills.
? Fluent in English, Hindi, and local language (if applicable).
? Strong multitasking, organizational, and event coordination skills.
? Well-versed with MS Office, email communication, and CRM tools (preferred).
