Job Overview

The Floor Manager will lead restaurant operations while focusing on business growth, customer satisfaction, and brand promotion. This role blends operational control with proactive business development, ensuring a seamless guest experience and increased footfall through strong customer engagement and marketing initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesA. Operations & Floor Management

- Oversee daily floor activities, ensuring excellent guest service and smooth functioning.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen, service, and bar teams.
- Maintain hygiene, ambiance, and safety standards of the restaurant.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints courteously.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure service quality consistency.

B. Business Development & Marketing

- Drive revenue growth by implementing innovative footfall-increasing strategies.
- Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and regular guests.
- Promote special offers, events, and loyalty programs to attract new customers.
- Handle reservations, group bookings, and private events efficiently.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to boost online presence and customer reviews.
- Analyze customer trends and prepare reports for management.

C. Team Management

- Supervise and motivate front-of-house teams to ensure top-quality service.
- Conduct regular staff briefings, trainings, and grooming checks.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and a positive work environment.

Key Skills & Attributes

- Excellent communication in English & Hindi.
- Smart personality with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven record in business development or hospitality sales.
- Customer-centric, energetic, and result-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office.
- Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and deliver under deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
