Floor Managers are responsible for smooth operations, All duties as assigned in the Crew Member and Shift Lead. They are the bridge between patient and hospital services management.

JOB DESCRIPTION FLOOR MANAGER

Supervise staff for smooth service. Manage inventory Guiding patients for their treatment without any interruption Assist customers with any queries or requests. Checks Noise levels Ensures Availability of Doctor Ensures prompt Response to nursing calls Ensures that new admissions received in the system Ensures that discharges are completed on time Resolves Issues related to Bed Management Provides refreshment to the patient Addresses patient problems Provides information in case of any queries Checking completeness of Medical Record File Coordinating ward unit performance. Taking reviews from the patients Provide an effective communication link between patient and medical staff Ensure service is proactive responsive whether in person, on the telephone or via mail.

Pay: ?21,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
