Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on and practical Manufacturing Unit Manager to join our export manufacturing team. As a manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing our production operations and supervising the labor force. We're seeking someone with basic English and computer knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a practical approach to handle day-to-day tasks efficiently. Responsibilities of candidate include:

Supervision and Guidance:

Lead and guide the labor team to ensure smooth production processes. Monitor their work, offer support, and resolve any issues that may arise.

Production Management & making reports on excel:

Oversee the manufacturing process, making sure products are produced according to quality standards and within scheduled timelines.

Resource Management:

Ensure the efficient use of resources, such as raw materials, machinery, and labor, to optimize production output and minimize waste.

Quality Control:

Conduct regular checks on the manufactured products to ensure they meet quality specifications. Address any quality concerns and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs for laborers and provide necessary guidance to enhance their skills and productivity.

Communication:

Act as a bridge between the labor team and higher management, effectively communicating production updates and addressing any concerns.

Problem Solving:

Troubleshoot production issues and find practical solutions to keep the manufacturing process running smoothly.

Age

: upto 40 years, serious candidates, need go getting attitude

Candidate should at least have 5 years experience of on field work in any manufacturing company.

The candidate's home should not be more far than 10 kms from the factory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
