Job Overview:
The Executive will assist SBI customers and support branch or field operations.
The role includes guiding customers, helping with basic banking processes, monitoring outlets, and ensuring smooth operations as per bank standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with forms, transactions, and digital banking support.
Guide customers in using ATM, YONO, Internet Banking, and other digital channels.
Ensure no customer is left unattended; maintain smooth customer flow.
Support basic branch operations and coordinate with staff.
Visit assigned locations (if field role) and ensure compliance.
Maintain reports and share updates with supervisors.
