We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at Tanishq. As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on the floor, ensuring smooth functioning of the store and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the staff on the floor
Ensure that the store is well-maintained and organized
Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking products
Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns
Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a retail management role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of jewelry or luxury retail is a plus
