Supervise daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
Greet and interact with customers, address feedback, and resolve complaints professionally.
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to maintain timely service and high-quality standards.
Train, guide, and motivate staff to deliver excellent hospitality.
Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards across the restaurant.
Manage reservations, table allocations, and special customer requests.
Social Media Management:
follow and Execute engaging social media content strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Capture and post photos/videos of dishes, ambience, events, and special promotions.
Respond promptly to customer queries, comments, and reviews online.
Plan and run digital campaigns to increase brand visibility and footfall.
Collaborate with the management team for seasonal promotions and campaigns.
Requirements
Proven experience in restaurant floor management and/or customer service.
Strong understanding of hospitality, customer handling, and team leadership.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
Basic photography/videography skills are an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and balance both operational and digital responsibilities.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field.
Prior experience in F&B industry and social media management.
Fluency in English and Malayalam.
