The Floor Incharge is responsible for overseeing daily operations on the retail sales floor. This includes managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring smooth execution of store policies and procedures. The role is critical to driving sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:Operations & Supervision:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of floor staff, including sales associates, cashiers, and support staff.
Monitor daily floor operations to ensure high service standards are maintained.
Allocate duties and responsibilities to staff based on store needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
Customer Service:
Ensure a welcoming and helpful environment for all customers.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
Monitor staff-customer interactions to ensure exceptional service is provided.
Sales & Targets:
Support the team in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Monitor sales floor performance and provide coaching or feedback as needed.
Encourage upselling, cross-selling, and product knowledge among the team.
