Supervise daily production activities on the shop floor.
Allocate work to operators, technicians, and helpers based on production plan.
Ensure machines (Beam Saw, Edge Banding, CNC, Multiboring, etc.) run smoothly without downtime.
Maintain production quality and check finished components.
Monitor attendance, discipline, and safety of floor workers.
Coordinate with Production Manager for material requirements.
Update daily production reports (DPR).
Manage workflow to meet output and delivery deadlines.
Solve minor machine/assembly issues and escalate major issues.
Maintain cleanliness and 5S on the shop floor.
Skills Required
Strong leadership and team-handling ability.
Basic knowledge of wood machining / modular manufacturing.
Understanding of quality standards.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
