Job Description

The Floor In-Charge is responsible for supervising daily floor operations, coordinating staff, ensuring smooth customer handling, and maintaining discipline, cleanliness, and productivity on the showroom or service floor.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day floor activities in service area Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and support staff Ensure proper customer greeting, guidance, and issue resolution Monitor job cards, vehicle movement, delivery schedules, and pending works Maintain floor discipline, punctuality, and work allocation Ensure cleanliness, safety, and 5S standards on the floor Handle customer complaints and escalate to management when required Monitor staff performance and support training needs Ensure company SOPs and manufacturer guidelines are followed Support management in achieving sales/service targets

Skills & Requirements:

Diploma / Degree (Any discipline preferred) 2-5 years experience in two wheeler showroom or service operations Good communication skills (Tamil & basic English preferred) Strong leadership and team handling ability Knowledge of two wheeler service or sales process Basic computer knowledge (DMS, MS Excel preferred)

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
