Job Description

1. Sales & Customer Handling

Supervise sales staff and support them during customer interaction. Handle high-value customers and resolve basic complaints.

2. Staff Monitoring

Check attendance, grooming, discipline, and floor allocation.

3. Product & Display Management

Ensure jewellery display, tagging, cleanliness, and stock trays are in proper order.

4. Billing Coordination

Monitor billing accuracy, approvals, and smooth customer flow.

5. Security & Stock Control

Follow product movement SOPs and assist in opening/closing stock checks.

6. Reporting

Share daily sales and floor activity updates with management.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
