Job Description

Workshop Maintenance:

Ensure the workshop floor is clean, safe, and orderly, with all tools, equipment, and infrastructure properly maintained and used.

Performance Monitoring:

Track technician productivity, efficiency, and the rework ratio, while also monitoring overall workshop performance against key metrics.

Training & Development:

Assist in training and developing technicians and apprentices, identifying training needs and providing feedback.

Discipline & Safety:

Maintain discipline on the workshop floor and enforce safety protocols for all staff and equipment.

Reporting:

Prepare and submit performance reports to management, keeping them informed of operational status and trends.

Customer Satisfaction:

Assist in resolving customer complaints and feedback to ensure overall customer satisfaction with the service.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
