We are looking for a responsible and organized Floor Incharge to oversee daily service floor operations, coordinate workflow, and ensure smooth customer service at our service department.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day activities on the service floor.
Coordinate job cards, assign work to technicians, and track job progress.
Ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers.
Monitor service quality and maintain customer satisfaction.
Communicate with customers regarding service updates and delays.
Maintain workshop cleanliness, safety, and proper tool usage.
Report daily work status to the Service Manager.
Support service operations and assist in resolving customer complaints.
Skills & Requirements
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage workflow efficiently.
Basic technical knowledge of two-wheelers (preferred).
Ability to handle customers professionally.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
