Key Responsibilities

Customer Service:

Greet customers upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and assisting them with their immediate needs.

Product Knowledge and Assistance:

Understand customer requirements and guide them to appropriate sections or products. This includes explaining fabric types, prices, and uses within the textile shop environment.

Floor Management:

Coordinate the flow of customers and ensure the sales floor is organized, clean, and visually appealing. This may involve assigning tasks or coordinating with the sales team to manage customer traffic effectively.

Sales Support:

Assist sales executives as needed, which might involve helping to open product bundles, providing suggestions, or even handling billing and packing items during busy periods.

Issue Resolution:

Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, aiming to resolve issues promptly or escalating them to management when necessary.

Inventory and Display:

Monitor stock levels on the floor, alert management to shortages, and help ensure product displays are neat and attractive.

Communication & Coordination:

Act as a liaison between customers and other staff (sales, inventory, management) to ensure seamless service delivery.
