As a vital part of our hospitality operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service throughout their stay. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have a background in hospitality management or hotel operations.
Duties
Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while maintaining accurate guest records.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls efficiently and professionally.
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
Assist with guest relations by addressing special requests or concerns in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction..
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all aspects of service delivery.
