Job Summary

A Floor Hostess, also known as a Hostess or Greeter, is primarily responsible for welcoming guests and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. They manage reservations, seat customers, and assist with general front-of-house operations, like directing customers to items in jewellery, and answering initial questions and A telecaller, also known as a telemarketer or telephone sales representative, contacts potential and existing customers by phone to sell products or services. They also answer customer queries. Other duties Perform preventive maintenance, Configure desktops and other hardware components, Perform data analytics, Manage customer databases, and Support marketing analytics or customer relationship management software.

Responsibilities:

Greeting Guests:

Welcoming guests as they enter the establishment, creating a positive first impression.

Assisting with General Operations:

Answering phone calls, potentially helping with cleaning or other front-of-house tasks.

Ensuring a Pleasant Atmosphere:

Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests.

Skills:

Excellent Communication Skills

: Ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Organizational Skills

: Ability to manage seating , track waitlists, and provid efficiently seating for customers.

Problem-Solving Skills

: Ability to address guest inquiries and resolve any minor issues.

: Ability to provide attentive and courteous service.
