Bachelor's Degree in Hospital Administration

and a passion for healthcare service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily activities on assigned hospital floors to ensure efficient and smooth operations. Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and their families regarding non-clinical services and queries. Coordinate with nursing, housekeeping, billing, and other departments to ensure timely patient care and support. Maintain patient records and admission/discharge updates in coordination with the medical records department. Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, hygiene standards, and safety regulations. Assist in resolving patient complaints or escalations promptly and professionally. Supervise and support floor-level staff, ensuring duty rosters are maintained and responsibilities fulfilled. Maintain and report floor-wise data including occupancy, discharge status, and patient satisfaction feedback. Support internal audits and quality control initiatives.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
