Roles & Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients and visitors, guiding them to appropriate departments.
Coordinate patient appointments and ensure smooth patient flow on the floor.
Support doctors, nurses, and staff with operational requirements.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of hospital equipment and supplies.
Monitor and assist staff attendance, shifts, and adherence to SOPs.
Resolve patient queries and complaints promptly, ensuring a patient-friendly environment.
Maintain accurate records of patient visits, incidents, and daily floor activities.
Prepare reports for hospital management as required.
Promote hospital services and maintain high-quality service standards.
Skills & Competencies:
