The Floor Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations on the showroom floor, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth and engaging customer experience. The role requires a combination of sales support, customer service, and administrative coordination to drive showroom performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing information about products and services.
Support the sales team in showcasing vehicles and promoting ongoing offers.
Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards.
Assist in preparing vehicle documents, test drives, and delivery processes.
Manage customer queries, feedback, and follow-ups promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with service, finance, and sales teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor stock, inventory display, and ensure proper documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum
1-year experience
in automotive sales, retail, or customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer orientation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of vehicle features, financing, and sales processes is a plus.
