Job Description

1. Responsible for streamlining of all functions in their designated ward and/or working area

2. Ensure that the day to day report of his/her floor/area must reach HOD and mark CC to concerned unit heads (for example MS/AMS/Accounts Manager).

3. Properly follow discharge flow chart and discharge process complete with in 2 (two) Hours for cash patients

4. Patient counseling (Daily meeting with all patients including new admissions & admitted patients).

5. Coordinate & communicate with other departments' staffs in his/her ward/working area for smooth work process.

6. Ensure Meals to Patient are served on time; contact Kitchen Services in case of delays. In case of ICU Patients, ensure the nursing staff assists in feeding the patients

7. Ensure patient attendants and visitors follows hospital guidelines as per the protocol

8. Thorough round in his/ her own covered floor area

9. Handle and escalate accordingly all major complains from patient/ patient attendant regarding clinical & non clinical issues.

10. Coordination for in house & outside investigations/ all in house & outside patient transfers.

11. Coordinate with billing desk/Reception for bed allocation in respective wards.

12. Ensure all new admission patients are attended promptly by the consultant and the medication to the patient is given immediately

13. Ensure that patient room education given to properly and documented.

14. Ensure that the patients / attendants are kept comfortable at all times and ensure their requirements are met as laid down in hospital rules

1. Identify high profile and VIP patients and percolate such information accordingly, also co-ordinate any issue arising from such patients to reduce patient complains.

2. Coordination with OT for all planned & unplanned procedures & verify OT clearance before patient transfer.

3. Reduce LAMA/DAMA patients & keep track of such patients with reasons & referred center details.

4. Coordination for discharge intimation of MLC patients & verification of MLC patient documentation.

5. Arrange all relevant requirements during the time of body handover to patient family / patient party.

6. Coordination with billing desk for all TPA/Insurances/Corporate discharges/Bill related for quick process

7. Promotion of hospital special offers like Patient family health checkup

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
