Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day floor operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive showroom/retail experience.
Monitor staff activities, attendance, and ensure discipline on the floor.
Maintain floor cleanliness, product display, and visual standards.
Handle customer queries, escalate issues when required, and ensure quick resolution.
Prepare daily reports, track footfall, and share updates with the management.
Support in stock management, product availability, and documentation.
Assist in conducting events, promotions, and customer engagement activities.
Skills & Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in floor management, retail, or customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
Good problem-solving ability and customer-handling skills.
