Job Summary

The

Floor Coordinator

is responsible for ensuring

smooth patient movement and experience

within the hospital. This role involves coordinating patients for

OPD consultation, diagnostic tests, USG, medicines

, and supporting

patient feedback & Google reviews

, while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities Patient Coordination & Flow

Guide patients from

registration ? OPD ? tests ? USG ? pharmacy ? billing

Ensure

minimum waiting time

and smooth patient movement Assist patients and attendants with directions and process clarity

OPD & Doctor Coordination

Coordinate with

doctors, nurses, USG room, lab, and pharmacy

Manage OPD queue and appointment flow Inform patients about

delays or changes

politely

Tests, USG & Medicines

Ensure patients reach the

correct department for prescribed tests

Coordinate

USG scheduling and reporting

Guide patients to

pharmacy and billing counter

Patient Experience & Feedback

Ensure patients understand

next steps & follow-up visits

Request

Google reviews from satisfied patients

in a polite manner Assist patients in submitting reviews on Google (if needed)

Operational Support

Coordinate with

front desk, billing, CRM, and calling team

Handle basic patient complaints and escalate when required Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and professional conduct on the floor

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate / 12th pass (experience preferred)

Excellent patient-handling and communication skills

Fluent in

Hindi

(basic English preferred) Calm, polite, and service-oriented attitude Basic knowledge of

hospital operations

Experience

1-4 years

in hospital / IVF / diagnostic center preferred Freshers with strong patient-handling skills may be considered

Working Hours

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Weekly Off: [Specify]
