Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily floor activities and staff movement
Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to processes
Act as a point of contact between staff and management
Monitor performance and resolve on-floor issues
Maintain discipline, quality, and productivity standards
Requirements:
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Leadership mindset with problem-solving ability
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
