Job Summary



We are looking for a proactive and organized

Floor Coordinator

to manage the smooth functioning of daily operations on the clinical floor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient services, assisting clinical teams, managing admissions/discharges, and ensuring overall service quality and patient satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Coordination



Assist in the admission, discharge, and transfer of patients smoothly and efficiently. Guide patients and their attendants with procedures, billing, and departmental navigation. Ensure timely movement of patients for diagnostics, treatment, or surgical procedures.

Operational Support



Coordinate with doctors, nurses, housekeeping, front office, pharmacy, and other departments to maintain seamless operations. Monitor bed occupancy, patient turnover, and cleanliness on the floor. Ensure availability and functionality of medical and non-medical supplies on the floor.

Service Quality



Act as a point of contact for patient grievances and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate authority. Ensure high standards of hospitality and patient satisfaction. Collect patient feedback and work on improving the overall experience.

Documentation & Reporting



Maintain patient records, daily floor activity logs, and handover reports. Coordinate with medical records and billing teams for patient file updates and closure.

Emergency Handling



Assist in managing emergency situations (e.g., code blue, fire drill) calmly and effectively. Ensure protocols are followed for safety and incident reporting.

Qualifications & Experience



Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Healthcare / Hospital Administration). 2-4 years of experience in hospital operations or front-line patient services. Familiarity with hospital workflow, basic medical terminology, and healthcare software (HIS/EMR).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and quick decision-making abilities. Patient-centric mindset and ability to multitask. Basic knowledge of medical processes and hospital infrastructure.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
