Maintain a friendly, respectful, and professional environment for all patient contacts.
Maintain a cooperative, helpful work environment within the department, as well as, with other departments and employees.
Maintain infection control and safety guidelines.
Courteously respond to all telephone calls and direct each call appropriately.
Achieve competence in operation of the HIS.
Follow Clinic policies, procedures, and guidelines.
IPD and OPD Feedback Calling.
Maintain whole registers (key register, patient query registers, ambulance registers etc.)
No personal calls and phone allowed on duty hours and ensure that everyone follow the instructions.
Give appointment date and Fix with Consultants.
Guide the patients to respected Wards.
Handle all Patient\xe2\x80\x99s Enquiry.
Make an announcement as per requirement.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 920,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month Schedule:
