Floor Coordinator/ Guest Relationship Executive

Job Description

Coordinate and manage all aspects of floor operations, including staff scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control. Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement strategies for improving patient care and satisfaction. Oversee the implementation of hospital policies and procedures on the floor. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards. Manage vendor relationships for procurement and supply chain management. Develop and execute marketing plans to increase patient awareness and attract new business. Provide leadership and guidance to staff in their roles and responsibilities.

Job Requirements :

Strong coordination skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in administration work, hospital management, patient care, purchase management, quality, creative skills, communication skills, and hospital administration. Familiarity with healthcare industry trends and best practices. Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred but not required.

Pay: ?13,826.92 - ?25,000.00 per month
