Conducting rounds of in-patients to reduce Average Length of Stay (ALOS), monitoring procedures and ensuring Letter of Credit (LOC) is honored; planning early discharges.
Ensuring proper preparation of bills before submitting them to the corporates/insurance companies to avoid disallowances.
Aiding in planned discharges and scrutinizing and matching discharge summaries of clinicians to bills being submitted to corporates.
Answering queries of patients, corporates and insurance companies.
Scrutinizing admission protocol of credit/insurance patients in coordination with Consultants.
