Khandelwal Sarees is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Floor Incharge to oversee our saree and female dress material section. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in retail management. As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for [include specific responsibilities, such as managing inventory, leading a sales team, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers].

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the saree and female dress material section. Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, restocking, and product displays. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. Ensure the shop's cleanliness and organization to create an inviting shopping environment. Stay informed about the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a saree and dress material store. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and assist customers. Knowledge of saree fabrics, fashion trends, and female dress materials. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in fashion or retail management is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
