Job Description

This role is based inside a bank branch where you have to help walk-in customers with basic banking needs.
You will guide customers with forms, digital banking services (YONO, ATM, UPI), and general enquiries.
You must ensure every customer is properly attended and supported inside the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with forms and basic queries Support in digital banking (YONO/ATM/UPI/Net Banking) Guide customers to correct counters Give product information and brochures Help senior/HNI customers with priority service Ensure no customer is left unattended in the branch

Eligibility:

Graduate Age 21-30 years 1 year experience preferred (service/BFSI) Local language + basic English required Must be comfortable working inside a branch
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
