Finance Controller

:

Flixstock, a high-growth tech startup, is seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team in Gurgaon. As a CA at Flixstock, you will be responsible for various financial activities, including creating investor decks, corporate budgeting, and forecasting. You will work directly with the CEO and play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Investor Decks: Prepare comprehensive investor decks to attract potential investors, showcasing Flixstock\'s financial performance, growth projections, and investment opportunities.

- Corporate Budgeting: Collaborate with the CEO and other stakeholders to develop annual budgets for different departments and the entire company. Design effective budget models, ensuring all operations align with the allocated budget.

- Forecasting: Utilize financial information, historical data, and market trends to create accurate financial forecasts. Identify key financial indicators and provide insights for informed decision-making.

- Financial Reporting: Generate timely and accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Analyze financial data to monitor performance against budget and highlight any variances.

- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to evaluate the company\'s financial health, profitability, and efficiency. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.

- Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls. Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure transparency and accountability.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the CEO, department heads, and investors, to provide financial insights, address queries, and support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a CA, preferably in a high-growth tech startup environment.

- Proven experience in creating investor decks, corporate budgeting, and forecasting.

- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, accounting principles, and financial reporting.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial software applications.

- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.

- Effective communication and presentation skills.
