Key Responsibilities:
Attend inbound calls from Flipkart sellers and help them with order-related issues, product listings, return cases, and payout clarifications.
Offer precise, polite, and solution-oriented support to ensure quick issue resolution.
Guide sellers through processes and policies wherever needed.
Maintain accurate call logs and update data in the system.
Coordinate with internal teams for escalated or complex cases.
Ensure high-quality communication and deliver a professional customer experience.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in calling/voice process
Fluent and clear English communication
Ability to handle seller concerns with patience and professionalism
