Job Responsibilities



Handle customer queries related to orders, deliveries, and product assistance. Provide accurate information and resolve issues within the given timelines. Maintain professional and clear communication on every interaction. Update customer records and follow standard process guidelines. Coordinate with internal teams for cases needing escalation or follow-up.

Candidate Requirements



Fluent English speaking skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage high call volumes. Good listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills. Must be punctual, professional, and process-oriented.
