We're Hiring: Flipkart Ads Manager

We are a fast-growing Photography & Videography Accessories brand, actively scaling our presence on Flipkart and other marketplaces.

We are seeking a Flipkart Ads Manager (2+ years experience) who can plan, execute, and scale high-performing ad campaigns to drive sales and improve ROAS.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimise Flipkart ad campaigns

Manage keyword research, bidding strategies, and budget allocation

Improve product visibility, conversions, and ROAS

Analyse campaign performance and optimise listings in coordination with the creative team

Stay updated with Flipkart ad platform trends and best practices

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience managing Flipkart Ads

Strong understanding of marketplace advertising, keywords, and bidding strategies

Proven ability to scale campaigns and improve ROAS

Data-driven and performance-oriented approach
