will be responsible for managing and growing the brand's business on Flipkart. This includes overseeing operations, optimizing listings and visibility, managing inventory, driving revenue through data-led strategies, and collaborating with Flipkart category teams to maximize platform performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Growth & Revenue Management
Own and drive the P&L for the Flipkart channel.
Create monthly and quarterly revenue plans and hit growth targets.
Track and optimize key metrics including GMV, conversions, CTR, ASP, cancellations, and return rates.
Develop pricing, discounting, and product strategies tailored to Flipkart's marketplace behavior.
2. Marketplace Operations (Flipkart)
Manage product listings, catalog accuracy, content optimization, and category placement.
Handle day-to-day interactions with Flipkart account/category managers.
Resolve operational issues such as pricing errors, order delays, claims, and listing suspensions.
3. Merchandising & Visibility Enhancement
Improve product visibility using Flipkart tools such as
Product Boost campaigns, Ads, and merchandising slots
.
Manage content updates including titles, keywords, descriptions, and creative banners.
Lead new product launches and ensure high-quality product pages (A+ content, videos, images).
4. Promotions & Campaign Execution
Plan and execute major Flipkart events--Big Billion Days, Big Savings Days, End of Season Sales, and brand-specific events.
Submit deals, offers, and marketing requests to Flipkart teams for better onsite exposure.
Create promotional calendars and optimize campaign ROI.
5. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for stock planning, order fulfillment, and timely dispatch.
Reduce return rates, RTO, and cancellations through proactive planning and quality control.
Ensure high fill rates and maintain buffer stock during peak events.
6. Data Analysis & Reporting
Monitor daily/weekly performance dashboards for actionable insights.
Conduct SKU-level analysis to identify growth opportunities or gaps in assortment.
Benchmark against competitors and track category trends on Flipkart.
7. Relationship & Stakeholder Management
Maintain strong relationships with Flipkart category managers and business teams.
Collaborate internally with design, operations, finance, and marketing teams.
Present performance reviews and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
