Process and monitor Flipkart orders on a daily basis.
Coordinate with the warehouse team for timely packing and dispatch.
Track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate stock levels on Flipkart's seller portal (Flipkart Seller Hub).
Update stock regularly to avoid order cancellations due to stock-outs.
Coordinate with procurement/warehouse team for replenishment.
Returns & Claims Handling:
Manage product returns, refunds, and replacement requests.
Handle claims/disputes raised by customers or Flipkart and resolve within SLA.
Performance Monitoring:
Monitor seller performance metrics (cancellations, late dispatches, returns).
Work on improving ratings and reducing order defects.
Coordination & Communication:
Liaise with Flipkart support teams for escalations and operational issues.
Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, logistics, warehouse) to ensure smooth workflow.
Reporting:
Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, returns, pending orders, and performance KPIs.
Share insights with management for decision-making.
