Role Overview:
The Flipkart & Amazon Account Manager is responsible for driving business growth and maintaining strong relationships with assigned seller or brand accounts on the Flipkart marketplace. This role involves managing catalog health, optimizing listings, coordinating marketing campaigns, and ensuring seamless operations to maximize revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the single point of contact between the brand/seller.
Manage seller onboarding, cataloging, and listing creation on Flipkart & Amazon.
Monitor product performance (traffic, conversions, pricing, availability).
Analyze sales trends and provide actionable insights to increase visibility and sales.
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, payment, category, advertising) to resolve seller issues.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns (Big Billion Days, Festive Sales, etc.).
Ensure compliance with Flipkart's policies and performance standards (SLAs, returns, customer ratings).
Drive participation in Flipkart Ads (Product Listing Ads, Brand Ads).

Pay: ₹11,349.40 - ₹15,349.00 per month
