We are looking for an experienced and result-driven
Flipkart Ads Manager
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns on Flipkart to maximize sales, visibility, and ROI for our products/brands.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage ad campaigns on Flipkart (Sponsored Ads, Product Listing Ads, Brand Ads, etc.).
Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize for ROI, ACoS, and conversions.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for better targeting.
Monitor daily budgets, bids, and campaign strategies.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align ad campaigns with business goals.
Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management/clients.
Stay updated with Flipkart Ads trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
Proven experience in Flipkart Ads management or marketplace advertising (Amazon Ads experience is a plus).
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
Hands-on experience with Flipkart Ads Manager and reporting dashboards.
Knowledge of e-commerce KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CVR, ROI, and ACoS.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.
Education & Experience
1-3 years of relevant experience in marketplace advertising/e-commerce ads.
