We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Flipkart Account Executive to manage our Flipkart seller account and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling e-commerce operations on Flipkart and be well-versed with the platform's policies, listing procedures, and promotional tools.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage and update product listings on Flipkart (title, description, images, pricing, etc.)
Monitor and maintain healthy account metrics (ODR, cancellation rate, SLA, etc.)
Handle daily order processing, inventory management, and stock reconciliation
Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team to ensure timely dispatch
Create and manage deals, offers, and promotions through Flipkart dashboard
Analyse sales reports and performance data to improve listing and ranking
Resolve return/refund/customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Stay updated with Flipkart's latest policies and seller programs
Coordinate with Flipkart account manager for growth strategies

Skills Required:
Strong understanding of Flipkart Seller Account
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
Attention to detail and accuracy in listings
Ability to handle pressure and multitask
Good communication skills (written & verbal)
Familiarity with product categories like camera accessories, electronics, etc. is a plus

Qualifications:
Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Marketing preferred)
Minimum 1 year experience in e-commerce (especially Flipkart)
Knowledge of other marketplaces (Amazon, Meesho, etc.) is a plus
