Key Responsibilities:
Handle
flight ticket booking, re-issuance, and cancellation
for domestic and international sectors.
Manage
PNRs, fare rules, and airline schedules
using GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
Provide
accurate fare quotations
and itinerary options based on client requirements.
Coordinate with airlines and suppliers to resolve ticketing or schedule-related issues.
Maintain updated knowledge of airline policies, visa requirements, and travel regulations.
Handle
customer queries and after-sales support
professionally and efficiently.
Prepare invoices, payment follow-ups, and maintain proper documentation of all bookings.
Support the team in
group bookings and corporate travel arrangements
.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
1.5 to 2 years
of experience in
flight ticketing/reservations
.
Proficiency in
Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre
or any major GDS system.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of
airline fare rules, ticket issuance, and re-issuance procedures
.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple bookings simultaneously.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email communication).
Positive attitude and a strong sense of customer service.
